A semi-pneumatic solid tire is designed to not pull off its
rim under the most severe side load conditions such as angled
planes, hillsides, culverts, berms, or during sharp turns.
Better than
a pneumatic wheel, a semi-pneumatic solid wheel is not under
tire air pressure therefore no leaks and no "flats".
