Polyolefin Wheels are injection molded of blended thermoplastic
polymers. Standard features include: stain and abrasion resistance,
superior resistance to water and chemical absorption including
most oils, chemicals, grease, cooking fats and acids, as well
as gasoline. Poly wheels are steam cleanable.
An excellent
substitute for rubber wheels, polyolefin wheels are lighter
weight, lower in cost and offer higher impact strength than
most rubber wheels. Polyolefin wheels are known to typically
outlast hard rubber wheels. Polyolefin wheels are non-sparking
and non-marking for added floor protection.
Operating
temperature ranges between -20°F and +230°F.
Hub construction
offers plain bore, sintered or roller bearings in various sizes.
